STAINES TRAILERS

Eddie Staines started making bale trailers for his own agricultural contracting business. Unable to find the quality and design of the trailer he was looking for Eddie decided to make his own trailers that would stand the test of time.

That was 1992 and we haven't looked back since. The business has grown from strength to strength through word of mouth and reputation.

Our standard trailers are built with reconditioned commercial axles, hydraulic brakes, lades each end, strap box, road legal lighting and 1 1/2” treated timberfloor. Staines Trailers are sold with a 2 year warranty and are CE certified.

We use commercial axles with oil brakes which will allow for upgrade to full MOT specification when/if this becomes a legal requirement (See Scarlett Report commissioned by Department of Transport). Rope hooks & Reflectors are kept to the underside of the bed to avoid being damaged in narrow spaces.

Trailer sizes range from 18’ to 36’ and are plated upto 20 tonne, specification can be made to meet your needs.

Also available with headboard, painted or galvanised cranked lades, steel floor, air and hydraulic brakes, sprung drawbar, suspension & fitted flashing light.
